Subject: Second Day of School!
Date: 06 January 2010 (Wednesday)
Racia is 2 years 10 months and 1 day old today
Its the 2nd day of school and as expected, Racia cried so badly when we sent her there. She told me she does not want to go to school when i woke her up in the morning!
She was crying so badly she refused to get down from daddy's arms when we reach the school. Daddy stayed on in the class and after about 20mins, he managed to dropped her and came out of the class.
Soon, Mrs Low came out and told us she vomited. It seemed that Racia could not find daddy and cried so badly till she vomited. Mrs Low cleaned her up and afterwards, she came out of the class again and assured us that Racia was ok. Mrs Low also shared that she can sense Racia felt bad for throwing up and kept saying sorry to the teachers. Racia calmed down after that and managed to participate in some of the class activities.
When i next saw her, the class was out in the compound riding on the coupe cars and tricycles. Racia even managed to ride on a peddle bike and tricycle and i managed to capture some really nice photos of her participating in the activities.
I was told the crying can carry on for weeks. I am just hoping that she will adapt soon and stop crying totally.
2nd day of school - in her PE attire and a little reluctant though!
