Subject: MMR & Macaroni and Cheese
Date: 7 June 2008 - Saturday
Racia is 1 year, 3 months and 3 days old today.

Racia was due for at MMR jab at AMK polyclinic today. However, when we woke up this morning, mummy found that he nose was a little wet. Racia came down with fever on Tuesday and from then onwards, she was sniffling throughout the week. We thought thst she might have came down with a flu.

When we were at the clinic, the nurse suggested for the doctor to check if she can take the jab today and while waiting for our turn, Racia let out this huge sneeze and out came two long stands of mucus down her nose. Her MMR jab is postponed to 17 July 2008 (Saturday)

Mummy let Racia tried Macaroni and Cheese tonight. The M&C was delicious, specially cooked by mummy. Racia rejected it after 4 spoonful. It seems like she still prefers her chinese porridge and soup. Mummy will try again next week.

Racia's Macaroni and Cheese Dinner:

Racia's Macaroni and Cheese (recipe improvised from this URL)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of cooked macaroni
100ml of Full cream milk
1/3 cup of finely diced butternut squash, cauliflower and zucchini
1/2 to 3/4 slice of low sodium cheese (or 2 tbsp of grated mild cheddar/mozzarella etc)

Method:
1) Heat casserole dish and add in milk.
2) Add in finely diced vegetables and cook till soft.
3) When vegetables are soft, add in cooked macaroni.
4) Finally add cheese and stir till cheese melts.
5) Serve hot immediately.

While Racia had her macaroni and cheese, mummy and daddy had home made pizza.. see how delicious the pizza is.
