Subject: Hong Kong - Day 5 - Hello Kitty Shopping Madness at Mong Kok
Date: 22 December 2008 (Monday)
Racia is 1 year, 9 months, 2 weeks and 4 days old today

Weather: Clear and Cold
Temperature: approx 12 to 15 plus degrees

Weather turned cold all of a sudden today. We bundled Racia up in many layers of clothes and off we go shopping at Mong Kok.

We only woke up close to 10am. First stop to KFC for breakfast. Then took the MTR to Mong Kok.

I went mad shopping at the two shops that sell Hello Kitty Stuff, lots of HK car accessories, Wall sticker and even a HK Luggage for Racia. Total damage HKD1300!!.

We came back to the hotel for Racia to nap in the afternoon. After that, it was back to Mong Kok as the luggage i got earlier had a slight defect on the wheels.
We stopped for dinner at the corner shop selling fry dumplings and noodles. Racia ate so much lor mai kai that i was afraid that she will get sick.

We finally headed back to the hotel close to 9pm.

Tomorrow, we going on the Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car to Lantau Island's Big Buddha!
