Subject: Dinner at Ajisen Ramen at Hougang Mall

Hubby has a $5 dinning voucher from Ajisen that is expiring soon. So off we go to the nearest branch at Hougang Mall for dinner.

Subject: Racia and her Pineapple

Racia made me buy her this pineapple!
Recently, she has this weird fascination about pineapple and she will bring along her make-believe pineapple all over the house. We had to be really careful about her "pineapple" as she would scream at us if we accidentally "sat" on it!
Finally, we saw the real ones at the supermarket and she asked me to buy one. I thought that this would be a good opportunity for me to introduced her to a new fruit..but it turned out that she still refuse to try it!

Subject: Wedding Dinner

We attended a wedding dinner tonight at Goodwood Park Hotel. This was the wedding dinner for hubby's colleague Kelvin and his partner Jennifer.
Kelvin is a dear friend whom we got to know really well during our stay overseas.
Congratulations, Kelvin. Hope to see a few Kelvin juniors soon!

Subject: Southern Ridges - Hort Park
Date: 15 May 2010 (Saturday)
We went to explore Hort park and part of the southern ridges today.
It was an impromptu decision as the weather was quite good after Racia's nap and we thought that it would be nice to bring her for a short excursion there.
I had another motive for heading there as i am currently planning a Southern Ridges trek/excursion for my company and had wanted to check the place out.
We arrived at Hort Park close to 6pm and immediately went onto the sky bridge - beginning of the Forest walk. We stopped after completing half of this part of the walk as the sky was turning dark.
We head up to the Hort Park and completed our excursion there before heading for dinner at a Korean Restaurant at Fusionopolis.
We will definitely come back on a Sunday morning to complete the entire trail (estimated 2 hrs from Hort park to Henderson waves).
