Subject: Finding Nemo
Date: 21 June 2009 (Sunday)
Racia is now 2 years, 3 months, 2 weeks and 4 days old today.

Racia surprised me when we were watching"Finding Nemo" on channel 5 today.

I thought Racia would enjoy this movie as it such a beautifully animated film which featured a really cute clown fish as the lead.

However, she started crying when Nemo's dad Marlin lost Nemo to a diver who scooped Nemo up in his mask! I did not realised what a sentimental baby Racia is.
She was crying so badly and clung on to me so tightly. She even refuse to watch the movie and we had to bring her away. She even insisted on switching off the TV.

I think that scene traumatised her quite badly. The thought of Nemo and his loosing each other was too much for Racia. Racia kept telling me she was scared and refused to watch it anymore.

I brought her into the bed room and when the movie was ending, I brought her out to watch the happy ending - where Nemo and Marlin were reunited.

From now on, no more Nemo for Racia!

Subject: Monsters Vs Aliens
Date: 18 June 2009 (Thursday)
Racia is now 2 years, 3 months, 2 weeks old today.


We brought Racia to watch her first movie today!!!
It was Dream work's Monster vs Aliens.


We went for the 6:45pm screening at Vivo City. Immediately after worked, I dashed home and picked Nai Nai and Racia up and headed straight for Vivo. We were about 10 minutes late. Daddy met us there as he came straight from his office.

Silly mummy actually bought 4 tickets including one ticket for Racia. This was the 1st time i was purchasing movie tickets and i thought Racia need one too. Anyway, there was a sign at the cinema lobby which states that children below 90cm will not need a ticket. I guess it would be quite a while more before Racia needs a ticket of her own as she is only 84cm now.

The extra seat was given to Racia's diaper bag instead!!
