Can't resist posting some really cute pictures of Racia taken at Marche Vivo when we went for dinner earlier this evening .
Anyway, Racia refused her dinner there and she ended up eating one roll of bread instead!!

Subject: Racia's favourite Play corner aka Xun Xun's Corner (XXC)
Date: 31 May 2008 - Saturday

Racia found a favourite play corner in our bedroom.

Whenever she can, she will walk/crawl over and plant herself there and play with the items on the little trolley at that corner. This trolley actually contains all of Racia's stuff like packets of wet tissues, all her creams, her com, boxes of mosquito patches and fever patches etc. She can play by herself at this corner for up to 20mins. Isn't this amazing!

Milestone: My Milk Baby
Date: 31 May 2008 - Saturday
Racia is 1 years, 2 months and 4 weeks old today

Racia is finally drinking Formula Milk!!!! After months of rejecting all milk other than mummy's breast milk, Racia is finally drinking some formula milk.

Mummy opened the tin of Gain IQ sample for Nai Nai to try and feed Racia yesterday. Surprising, Racia drank the milk. Nai Nai says she likes it as she finished 60ml of it and then asked for more.

Today, mummy made 130ml for Racia and she slurped up close to 90ml of the milk before pushing the cup away.

Subject: New Pink Travel Booster

Mummy finally had the chance to let Racia try the travel booster that Mummy bought really cheap through a BP in the forum. The booster is surprisingly very sturdy and Racia seems to like it too.

Now Racia will get to sit in her own baby seat even in restaurants that do not provide baby chair!

Subject: Racia's New Straw Cup

Mummy picked up a new cup for Racia today. Its a Nuby No Spill straw cup with a bigger capacity of 450ml.

Racia seems to like her new cup.

Subject: 2nd Trip to the Zoo

Wai Po managed to get her corporate zoo pass and off to the zoo we go.

Racia says: I am still Sleepy!

Milestone: Walking at least 6 Steps or more
Date: 21 May 2008 (Wednesday)
Racia is 1 years, 2 months, 1 week and 3 days old today

Racia surprised Daddy today by walking at least 6 steps or more unassisted. Although she was still very unstable and wobbly, Racia managed to walk by herself slow without holding on to anyone or anything.

Infact, Racia lifted her walking stool and walk holding the stool in her hands.

It looks like Racia will be running very soon.

Mummy finally found time to catch up on the posts in her blog.

Subject: My New Hair Clips

Racia is 1 years, 2 months and 6 days old today

Mummy bought 5 new hair clips for Racia yesterday. And today, crazy Mummy went and pinned all the new clips on Racia. Mummy thinks that Racia looks really cute with all the hair clips! What do you think?

Milestone: Walking on my own - Part 2
Date: 16 May 2008 - Friday
Racia is 1 year, 2 months, 1 week and 5 days old today.

Nai Nai reported to Daddy that Racia was seen taking 4 steps on her own today!!

When Mummy came back from work this evening, Racia tried to walked towards mummy.

Mummy's baby seems to be ready to start walking on her own!

Date: 13 may 2008 - Tuesday
Racia is 1 year, 2 months, 1 week and 2 days old today.

Mummy's colleague saw Racia's passport photo today and commented that Racia looks like Boo from Monsters Inc.

Milestone: Kindermusik - Zoom Buggy

Racia is 1 year, 2 months, 7 days old today.

Racia completed her second term - Zoom Buggy at Kindermusik today.

Lucky mummy remembered to ask everyone to stay back for a group pic at the end of the class.

Milestone: Stepping over a Kerb
Date: 10 may 2008 - Saturday
Racia is 1 year, 2 months, 6 days old today.

Racia managed to step over the kerb to her play yard today. She was so careful when she was at the edge and Mummy could see her gently lifting her legs to step over.

Mummy's baby has gown so much. Soon she will be walking and running on her own.

After collecting Racia's passport today, Daddy, Mummy and Racia went gai gai at Marina Square. They went there to pick up Racia's Hello Kitty Shoes which mummy had reserved at Kiddy Palace.

Subject: Racia's First Passport
Date: 10 may 2008 - Saturday
Racia is 1 year, 2 months, 6 days old today.

Racia has her own passport!

Mummy and Daddy had to queue for a full 3 hours just to collect Racia's passport at ICA today.

They reached ICA at 10:30am and had to wait till 1:30pm before reaching their queue number.
During these 3 hours, Racia took a late morning nap of 1 hour, ate her porridge lunch and had fun walking around and climbing on the chairs at ICA.
